WSQ Unlocking Super Low Energy Potential in Buildings

TGS-2024049152

Course Overview

As buildings account for a significant share of global energy consumption and carbon emissions, improving building performance has become a strategic priority for organisations seeking to reduce operating costs, meet sustainability targets and enhance asset value.

Achieving Super Low Energy (SLE) performance, however, requires far more than installing energy-efficient systems. It demands an integrated approach that combines sound engineering design, smart technologies, financial justification, stakeholder engagement and continuous operational optimisation.

This intensive two-day programme provides participants with a practical roadmap for transforming existing and new buildings into high-performing Super Low Energy Buildings.

Participants will learn how to identify energy-saving opportunities, optimise HVAC and building systems, integrate renewable energy, leverage Building Management Systems (BMS) and digital technologies, evaluate project financial viability, secure management buy-in, and foster a culture of sustainability that delivers lasting results.

Through practical examples, case studies, financial analysis and interactive group activities, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to lead successful building transformation projects within their organisations.
