Course Overview

In this course, participants will be introduced to various energy-efficient strategies for achieving Super Low Energy (SLE) building status and alignment with the broader organisational sustainability goals.

 

The participants will get to hone their financial acumen to critically assess the financial soundness of sustainability initiatives for making informed decisions as well as explore strategies to engage key stakeholders, make a compelling case for sustainability initiatives and drive the adoption of new sustainable practices within their organisations.

 

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to select and champion sustainability initiatives, influence decision-making, and lead their organisations toward a more sustainable future.

The participants will also delve into various strategies to maximise a building's super low energy potential and ensure optimal energy performance. Additionally, participants will develop the ability to utilise different financial analysis techniques to assess the feasibility of sustainability solutions for making informed decisions.

 

Finally, participants will learn effective approaches to communicate and implement sustainability strategies within their organisations, driving meaningful and lasting change.
